How secure is Zek?

We use end-to-end encryption to ensure your data remains private and secure at all times. Your information is encrypted before it leaves your device, meaning even we cannot access your data. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS.

Is Zek open source?

Currently, Zek is not open source. However, we have plans to open source our codebase after the official release. We believe in transparency and community collaboration, and making our code open source aligns with our values. Stay tuned for announcements about our open source initiative in the future.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 30- days free trial with all features included. This allows you to experience our core functionality before deciding to upgrade to a premium plan with additional features.

Account Management

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Navigate to Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your data will remain accessible until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our servers. Due to our end-to-end encryption, we recommend exporting any important data before account deletion. The deletion process is irreversible, so please make sure you have backups of any data you wish to keep.

What if I forget my password?

Due to our zero-knowledge encryption architecture, it is not possible to recover your account if you forget your password. We strongly recommend storing your password in a secure password manager. This ensures maximum security but requires careful management of your credentials.
